uppeta is a team of ~16 across Taipei and Shanghai — strategists, designers, developers and producers who have worked together since 2018. Each project gets a cross-functional squad scaled to the work: a designer–developer pair for a plugin build, a full squad for a product launch. One brief, one team, end to end.
