1. Information We Collect

Contact information: When you reach out to us through our contact form or by email, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, and details of your enquiry that you choose to provide.

Usage data: This includes browsing records, device and browser information, IP address, and website interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Event service data: When you use an event service that the Company operates on behalf of a brand or event organiser (such as an interactive photo booth), we process the photos and videos taken of you on site, the composite images generated from your choices, and any contact details you provide for pickup or notification.

2. Purpose and Use of Collection

To respond to your enquiries, to provide and improve our services, to carry out customer relationship management and marketing communications, and to analyse and enhance the website experience and performance.

Event service data is used to produce and print your photos, to let you download and share them, and to notify you when they are ready for pickup. Browsing data from sharing pages is used in aggregate to evaluate event performance and improve our services.

We use your personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

The Company does not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary to deliver our services, with the service providers that support our operations (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers), and we require them to uphold appropriate confidentiality obligations.

This website and our event sharing pages use Google Analytics to understand how they are used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Event services are performed on behalf of the event organiser, and event photos and performance statistics are provided to that organiser within the scope of the engagement.

Where required by law, or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its users, we may disclose relevant data as permitted by applicable law.

4. Data Retention and Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, and we retain it only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes of collection or as required by law.

Event service data is retained for the period agreed with the event organiser and deleted when that period ends. You may also request deletion of your photos and contact details at any time under Section 5 below.

5. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise your rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you, including the rights to enquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, request the cessation of collection, processing, or use of, and request the deletion of such data.

6. uppeta Browser Extension

The uppeta browser extension (Chrome) is for Company employees only and requires signing in with a Company account. It provides short link management, matching of Gmail correspondents against our records, and warnings about suspicious links.

Data processed: your sign-in token (stored locally in your browser); the names, email addresses, and profile image URLs of participants in the Gmail threads or Google Chat spaces you open, along with the email subject and the links in those emails; and, when you choose to use it, the URL, title, images, and meta information of the current tab. The extension reads no other email content and does not record your browsing history.

How it is used: participant email addresses are sent to the Company's ERP system to check whether they are colleagues or existing clients. When you choose to add a client or create a short link, the relevant data is saved to the ERP. Suspicious-link checks and reading page images and meta information all happen in your browser and are not uploaded.

The extension uses no analytics or advertising services, does not sell or share the data above with third parties, and does not use it for any purpose unrelated to the features described. Signing out deletes the sign-in token stored on your device.

7. Updates to This Policy

The Company may revise this policy at any time and will post any changes on this website. We recommend that you review it periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
